To help come a simple time management system – timeboxing. It is very simple – you need to establish a clear time frame for a particular type of work.
Timeboxing is a useful technique that you can use to manage your time. With its help you can cope with the habit of bringing everything to perfection or postpone boring or unpleasant things to the last.
The point of timeboxing is the following: allocate yourself a certain amount of time to accomplish the task and try to make it within the allotted time as best as possible.
Each of us will be able to allocate 15 minutes and one hour of time on the daily schedule in his daily schedule? Probably yes. And imagine, to rid yourself of the routine cleaning of this time will be quite enough!

Mentally identify four zones in your home.
Daily, throughout the week, remove one of the four zones. Only do not spend more than 15 minutes on this!
In order not to get stuck in the cleaning process, use the timer. There was a signal – leave work, nothing finishing.
Dedicate the cleaning one hour at weekends. Only one! Do you think that this time is not enough? But you, every day, for 15 minutes, cleaned the apartment in four zones! Mud has not accumulated so much. Did not have time to do something – leave it until next week. Without remorse.
Create a habit before going to bed, no matter how tired you are, it is imperative to wash the dishes, the stove and the sink. At all – 5 minutes!
Once a month, play the exciting game “Find and throw.” Take the big bag and set the timer for 15 minutes. The goal of the game is to collect 25 unnecessary items during this time, which will then go to the garbage can. The subject is anything you like – a crumpled check, a wrapper, a broken pen, an old newspaper and the rest of the unnecessary trash.
You’ll see, if you can stick to this system, in 2-3 months your dwelling will change beyond recognition! And the phrase hateful general cleaning will disappear from your life forever.
